Hello friends and family!
Welcome to our latest adventure. We have recently purchased our first home. We're so excited! It's overwhelming at times, but it's been a lot of fun. It will be tough to leave the lake front rental, but now we can actually move another step closer to our dreams.
Our new home is quite close to where we were. We're just on the other side of the lake, but not on the lake. The cool thing is that our parents have lake front property right down the road from us. So, not only do we have "built-in" babysitters for the future, but we have access to the lake without the taxes. What a deal!!!!

You forgot to mention that you'll be even closer to your wonderful brother and sister-in-law, who are an immense blessing and inspiration to you both! ya right. no really, nate and i are really excited to have you and your future family near us so we can hang out and help you as much as we can.
hey, about the floors at lumber liquidators, are they finished or unfinished? b/c it takes more time to finish them with all the coats of poly and then you can't walk on them for a day at a time, etc. just wondering...
I am looking at prefinished stuff because I don't want to bother with applications and the acclamating times.

I am so freaking excited that you guys have a blog! Yay! Your house looks so awesome....it really looks spacious and sturdy too! Tell Hannah that I am a master at scraping off wallpaper...unless she really wants to keep the butterflies! We are so happy for you guys and it's so nice to be able to see a picture or two of your life right now! You need to e-mail us your new address now! And I thought you should know that I weigh as much as greg. bye!
Great lookin' place guys! I know that Mom is already depressed seeing the words, "future kids"....because she and dad will be so far away!!! When can me and my man-servant come visit and help you with some work around the house? It's about time that you meet the "alleged Jordan"....maybe a weekend this summer???
ps.Is the storage room where you will lock up the kids when they are annoying you? That's what I would do.
